PBB Concessions is Powhatan Band Boosters most popular seasonal fundraiser!  PBB Concessions are held at every PHS home Varsity & Jr. Varsity football game.  Workers arrive at the concessions building by 6:00pm for setup & are expected to stay throughout the football game (including half time) & through final cleanup of the concessions building after the end of the football game.  Workers who leave any time before final cleanup is complete will not earn points without prior approval from the PBB Concessions Manager.

PBB Concessions workers earn 10 points per PHS JV Football games & 15 points per PHS Varsity Football games.  points are applied to student accounts monthly. points cannot be taken out of student accounts as cash money but may be applied to all band related fees, equipment & activities such as Preseason Marching Band, Marching Band fees, instruments, uniforms, Winter Percussion fees, Winter Guard fees, band trips, even incidentals such as reeds, etc. 

Six workers (students & parents) are needed for every JV Football Game ~ Sixteen workers (parents - students are performing) are needed for every Varsity Football game so parents are strongly encouraged to work!  Students may have as many as 3 people working towards their student account at any time but must be listed on the concessions schedule to earn point.  Workers are ALWAYS needed!
